Content Policy

This policy applies to carrier payment reports, broker responses, disputes and other user-submitted content. It supplements the Terms of Service.

First-hand and accurate

Submit only information from a transaction in which you or your company directly participated. Do not submit fabricated, duplicate or misleading reports. Do not submit a report in exchange for money, discounts, services or any other incentive. Do not submit a report affected by an undisclosed ownership, employment, family or other material relationship.

Keep sensitive and unlawful content out

Do not include personal contact details, bank information, government identifiers, doxxing, threats, harassment, confidential documents, copyrighted material you do not have permission to share, or unsupported accusations of fraud, crime or dishonesty.

How moderation works

We apply the same criteria to favorable and unfavorable reports. New reports remain pending for human review. Approval does not make a report public before a 72-hour publication delay expires; this delay is not a promise that the broker was notified or responded. We may approve, reject or hide content; we do not rewrite a submission to change its meaning. Reports are labeled unverified, kept separate from the public-record indicator, and never raise or lower that indicator.

Responses, appeals and repeat abuse

A broker may dispute a fact or submit a right of reply from its profile. A submitter or subject may ask us to review a moderation decision by emailing support@checkmybroker.ai with the broker MC and relevant details. Repeated false, duplicate, abusive or policy-violating submissions may lead to suspension. We do not remove or alter content in exchange for payment or an unsupported threat.
